An exhibition of paintings in water media by the Marin County Watercolor Society in an exhibition at the Marin Civic Center, a beautiful building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

“At the Intersection”

An exhibition of drawings of Mill Valley during the month of May.  These drawings are all scenes which will be familiar to all Mill Valley residents.

The Mill Valley Public Library at 375 Throckmorton Avenue.

Open seven days a week (except for holidays).

Friday                         12:00 noon — 6:00 pm

The Sketchbook Project 2012 

This exhibition will travel from Brooklyn, NY to various locations in 14 cities in the United States and London, Melbourne and Vancouver.

2012 Exhibitions

The 9” X 12” watercolor painting of Point Reyes from Chimney Rock will be hung at the California Historical Society in an exhibition called A Century of Landscapes.  They will display paintings from their own collection of early California Impressionists as well as contemporary landscape painters.

A Century of California Landscapes July 15 - October 15, 2011 at the California Historical Society, 678 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA.


My 22” X 30” watercolor painting titled “The Long Walk Home” has been accepted in the National Exhibition juried by the California Watercolor Association.  The exhibition will be hung at the MSA Gallery next to the grounds of the Marin Art and Garden Center.

The Studio Gallery SF hosts an exhibition of small works called TINY.  Everything in the exhibition is less than 7 inches on a side (including the frame) and less than $400 in price.  I have two drawings and a watercolor in the show.

“In the Flesh” An exhibition of paintings by ICB artists during the month of February.  I will do a demonstration of watercolor painting the figure on Sunday, February the 12th from 11 am to 2 pm.  Lovely Torrey has agreed to be the model.  Open to the public.

“Gardens, Art & Architecture XVIII”  The lovely ladies of the Mill Valley Outdoor Art Club have agreed to have me do a garden painting during the tour.  I did a demonstration at last years event and I’m happy to be invited back to do another.  I’ll spend the day painting at a beautifully re-designed Craftsman home on Sunnyside Avenue.
